Just popped my last two pills of the day

I remembered to take all my pills at the right time today and taking that extra pill has done wonders for me, not just mood-wise but my memory has been considerably better and clearer too so maybe I should take that semi-regularly too?


I'm wide awake so we'll have to see what time it is that I feel sleepy tonight and that's only since taking the extra pill this afternoon, so maybe I should take it first thing instead of in the afternoon?  Like with the caffeine?  I know now that there's a temporary fix to my mood, tiredness and memory problems so even if I only take the extra pill every couple of days, my body obviously needs whatever is in it, just like with the B12 so I wanna keep listening to my body and giving it whatever it needs, when it needs it.
