...hit 11 hours of care today, 'cos my carer is totally zonked out and it's only 45 minutes away, the evening pills haven't even started to kick in yet, thanks to the extra pill this afternoon, so I reckon it'll be a late night for me, but I ain't going to bed before I'm tired or I'll be tossing and turning and getting stressed and even less sleepy then, so I'm just gonna listen to my body... it'll be interesting to see what time I wake up tomorrow though.
