I've just sneezed loudly (thanks to hayfever) and he didn't even stir, let alone wake up. If he was just lightly asleep/dozing, that would have woken him up for a few seconds before he fell back to sleep but he didn't even notice the sneeze in his dreams so he's deeply asleep now.
