I'm going to bed hungry again because...

...my entire calorie consumption today has come from a malt drink and Graze punnet for breakfast and a couple of yoghurts for lunch along with a cheeky drinking chocolate while my carer was at his medical appointment this afternoon.  I've only been able to eat/drink 1,118 calories today and I've burnt 1,354 calories, so I'm significantly in the blue already tonight on the FitBit graph and it'll be even more so when the exercise gets added so I will prolly have lost considerably more than 250g by the time I weigh myself on Monday, especially as tomorrow's lunch is gonna be even lower calorie than today or yesterday, but that doesn't matter as long as my carer gets 3 meals and multiple snacks and drinks a day, right?
