How are you all doin' this morning?
I forgot the Chia seeds again yesterday, so I've moved the bottle under the table and the box with the packet of chia seeds is on top of the ginger now, so I'll hopefully remember to do it tonight lol
I woke up this morning and there were zero steps on my FitBit so I looked at my app when I turned my laptop on and I'd only been restless 3 times and they were all very soon after I went to sleep... don't think it was past 10pm that there was any movement at all so my body obviously needed the rest.
I had a very late morning this morning 'cos I didn't wake up until very close to 6am then my caring for my carer instantly started as soon as I came downstairs.
I'm gonna guzzle my way through a bottle of pop today to try and increase my liquid intake and get a few bonus calories into me too and I'm still gonna do my laps, but I won't be so worried about doing them today after I've done the lunchtime watering session 'cos there will be so few calories going into me today.
I've gotta take my morning pills then make my carer's breakfast as soon as he wakes up.
The daily virus scan has finished and I'm reassuringly still clear of nasties, so that's a good thing, so it's time to pop my pills then start supporting everyone.
I'm wondering if you want me to go back to once-a-day posts (other than news and reviews) 'cos the multiple daily posts seem to be getting fewer and fewer views... I might forget to publish it then though, like I did yesterday!
