Naah...

...not gonna do my exercises today 'cos I've only had 20 calories this morning and lunch is under 300 (if I remember rightly) so I'll have too few calories to safely burn around 1,500 calories today and I've done them for the last 4 days and been significantly under budget on 3 of the last 4 days that I've done them, so I'm having the day off today, then back to it tomorrow and Sunday.  I'll see what the scales say on Monday, but I'm hoping to be well within my healthy weight range so I won't do them at all next week if that's the case.
