...me having my first calories of the day in a "Horlicks vegan malted drink" to stop my belly from rumbling and the beansprouts definitely have to be eaten today 'cos it's the last day on the packet, so I'll get about 300-400 calories into me for lunch too, so it'll be another blue day on the FitBit app, but I will be eating today... about 700 calories, which is way too few, but better than being over target again.
My belly is already rumbling, so I'm gonna crack open one of the punnets in my Graze box for breakfast.
