...a very low calorie day too, 'cos I've just checked the menu and it's the Plant Pioneers chickpea soup which is only 218 calories per can!! I'll definitely need to have breakfast tomorrow otherwise I'll have lost waaay too much weight. It doesn't need to be much, but only 218 calories is just waay too few to be healthy, so it'll either be breakfast or a couple of hot chocolates to get my calorie count up to a more sensible level.
