...a rest for a few hours now 'cos the torso twists, then bringing in the recycling, then doing my laps and bringing the rubbish bag back in was a bit too much in too short a length of time 'cos my body's telling me it can't safely keep me on my feet for much longer now. I'll do the torso twists at lunchtime 'cos I do them sitting down then listen to my body about the second set of laps. I'd like to get 'em done if possible, but I'm not gonna push myself too hard, too soon.
Looking into the longer term, I'd like to keep my calorie consumption at around 2,000 calories a day, but add in the laps each day to burn off the extra calories and hopefully help my muscles strengthen back up so that I feel a bit more confident walking around outside instead of having to lean on walls all the time.
