...29 torso twists before the recycling collectors came down the street, but I've done and logged the 50 for this morning now, so just got two more sets to go then that's it finished. I won't be doing any more than 50 at a time 'cos it was a bit of a shock to my body to suddenly start something I'd never done before, so I'll do three lots of 50 each day for this week, then take it from there next week. I'm gonna build up very slowly and gradually with the exercises (the torso twists and laps) and won't push myself too hard or too fast... it'll all be slow and gentle so that I don't risk screwing up my health and making myself worse than I already am.
