I've changed my mind

If I do the laps as well as cutting the calories, I could lose too much weight, so I'm gonna stick to 2,000 calories while I'm doing my laps, then adjust it next week according to what the scales say then.  I'll be using up more calories by doing the torso twists and laps than I have been when I haven't been doing them, so I'll need the extra calories this week.

New plan for this week is to do the laps and torso twists but still aim to eat 2,000 calories a day then adjust it next week as necessary.

Maybe I should make the laps a permanent thing so that I can try to build up strength in my legs again?  Like my own personal attempt at trying to gain confidence in my body staying upright again, like when the puppy dog was alive and I was walking her twice a day, every day?
