Just weighed myself and...

...I've put on 2.5kg in the last 7 days, so I'm now 1.2kg overweight, but I'm OK with that and obviously means that I was wrong about needing 2,000 calories a day.  This week I'm gonna re-start doing my laps of the downstairs of the house, as well as the torso twists to attempt to get myself back down to the healthy weight range, then I'll try a week on 1,500 calories a day to try and stay within the weight range.  I'm gonna keep adjusting my daily calorie allowance based on my weight each week until I've worked out how many I need a day to maintain my weight.  I know that it's more than 1,300 a day and less than 2,000 a day now though, so I just need to find out where my ideal level is so that I can maintain rather than lose or gain.

Still waiting on the rubbish and recycling to go, so I'll start off the week with torso twists to try and get rid of my flabby belly before they come, then I'll do my laps when I've brought the bags and boxes back in so that I'm not interrupted half way through doing them.  Gonna build up slowly with both of them so that my body doesn't get a shock and I end up on the floor, totally unable to get back up and my body refusing to work for hours afterwards.  Gonna do 10 minutes twice a day with the laps to start with and maybe 50 twists three times a day to see how my body reacts, then adjust the twists down if necessary.
