That's my...

...first pills of the day, popped and because we're not having breakfast, we're gonna have bread with our Plant Protein soup (which is incredibly thick and yummy, so it'll be in bowls rather than mugs) at lunchtime.


Next on my to-do list is to weigh myself, log it and sort out the spreadsheet for another week.  Where d'you reckon my weight will be today?  Lost, maintained or increased?


This morning's caffeine is already going thorough me at a rate of knotts 'cos I haven't eaten anything since yesterday and I've already been for 2 wee's since I drank it half an hour ago lol
