Looks like I'm not having a proper breakfast again 'cos my carer wants his first and I'm not stable enough on my feet to do both this morning as well as bring in and put away our groceries then bring in both of our lunches too, so it's gonna be another one meal day again, which is frustrating.
I've taken my carer's plate out that he had his tea on last night and taken my morning pills, as well as running the daily virus scan, so I'm all sorted now until our groceries arrive. Gotta water the seedlings/plants before then and do my laps and torso twists after lunch.
Best go and make my carer's breakfast for him I guess.
