...laps done and recycling brought back into the house, so we're just waiting for the rubbish collectors to turn up now then I can relax for the rest of the day.
Because I've only got 250g left to lose to be back in my healthy weight range, I'm only gonna do one set of laps a day unless I know it'll be a high calorie day (like yesterday's roast dinner) or we've had a surprise reward/take-away the previous day (like on Thursday) and I'm gonna aim for about an hour a day, rather than the getting on for 2 hours a day at the end of last week.
I just need to get to know the calorie count/exercise combination that's right for my body now is all... it'll take several weeks, but it'll be worth it in the long run. I'm gonna aim for green or barely below days this week, rather than the significantly blue days of last week in my FitBit app. It's easy enough for me to adjust my weight with the calorie counting and exercising, I just need to find what my body needs and give it that and no more or less. Couldn't have done it without my FitBit Inspire over the last 2½ years.
