Cor lummy, I was expecting to still be hungry after not having any breakfast, but 5 hash browns and a can of baked beans has pretty much bloated me!
I definitely need to do my exercises today to burn off a few hundred calories to take my FitBit graph back into the green instead of excessively in the red like it is now. Think I'll let my lunch go down a bit first, then I'll water the seedlings and see how I feel then. I don't wanna do too much bending or even moving until my stomach has processed a bit of my lunch first though, otherwise I'll end up revisiting it, which I really don't wanna do.
