...my entire Graze box for lunch today, the vegan malted drink that I've just made myself should just about take me over 1,000 calories today, which is double what I was dreading this morning, so that's better... far from ideal, but better than I was thinking. I don't like going so significantly under, but days like today mean that my carer eats 3 meals (like every day) and I'm left to make-do. I've got crisps that I can have at lunchtime too, and I think they are pretty high calorie ('cos there's 5 servings per bag and I eat the entire bag each time lol) so that's me eating today and I can officially stop worrying about where I'll be getting my calories from today. Might go and grab one of the packets of crisps to have for a late breakfast 'cos my belly is rumbling already lol
Today is gonna be a full-on unhealthy calories day, but that's better than not eating at all, right?
The weekly virus scan has just finished and didn't find any nasties, so I'll get the backups started then grab my bag of crisps for my late breakfast.
