Mornin' all

How are you all doing this morning?

I'm doing OK - just had my breakfast and taken my pills, but I've got a bit of a headace brewing in my actual crown as opposed to forehead.

I cared for my carer for over 15 hours yesterday as well as 14 hours the day before, so I reckon this week will be a really high caring week and I doubt I'll get 5 hours of care from my carer this week and that's only so high 'cos he's gonna be doing Pasta Bake for lunch tomorrow which takes an hour from start to finish.

I've gotta go and take my empty bowl through to the kitchen, maybe water the seedlings (Steve said there was a storm last night, so they might not need it), then do the washing up that Steve said he was gonna do overnight but didn't yet again.

I've got someone coming over from Freegle to pick up something and I've gotta remember to leave a review for the toning belt that I gave away yesterday for health reasons.  It'll be getting a single star unfortuately.

Gonna put the photo up first though.
