...put my FitBit back around my ankle then go and make my carer's lunch for him. I'm finishing off the package of Bourbon Creams for my lunch 'cos there's no way I'm stable enough to make 2 MugShots today. When I've brought in my carer's lunch, I'll go and water the plants/seedlings then I can hopefully rest and recover while I have my other 6 biscuits.
