I'm not having breakfast after all 'cos there are 4 wheat biscuits left in the packet, so I need to save those for Steve to have and he wants marmalade on his toast (I don't like citrus things) so I can't have toast either and because the shopping is coming just after lunch, I won't be able to have lunch either, so today (and therefore potentially the week) will either be nothing at all or half a packet of biscuits a day. Again.
Time to go and make my carer's breakfast while I go hungry again.

Forgot to publish this post before I went to make it for him.
He's got his breakfast now, and I'll be able to have breakfast tomorrow and Wednesday 'cos there's no marmalade left, so we'll both be having toast and spread or wheat biscuits until he asks his mum to get him more marmalade on Wednesday evening then I'll have to go without again.
Need to put the juice (my breakfast for the last 8 days) into Fitbit, then go and weigh myself, put that into FitBit then download, code and upload last week's spreadsheet.
